They retail a wide range of up to the minute fashion, footwear and accessories aiming at a16 to 25 year old customer with a keen eye for what’s happening on the catwalks. With over 250 stores already their next phase of growth is geared towards opening new larger destination sites and refurbishing their existing store portfolio.

This role takes responsibility for all day to day store operations, coaching and developing a team and ensuring that all aspects of the store run smoothly. In a highly brand driven environment there exists considerable remit with regards to store merchandising and stock holding provided the stores look is in line with overall business strategy.

We are looking for candidates with a depth of clothing experience gained within a fast paced retail fashion business. Individuals will have sound commercial skills, a motivational personality and the ability to get the best from a team of capable subordinates. This is a high profile position allowing considerable autonomy and room for decision making within one of Europe’s premier retailers.
