This is a dual role responsible for all operational store issues as well as acting in a support and deputising capacity for the overall Store Manager. Principal responsibilities will include managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and having all day to day responsibility for all back of house departments. As well as ensuring the store is Health and Safety compliant, the position manages all payroll and in store systems, cash office and banking, stock loss and security and recruitment and training. As can be seen this position offers tremendous variety and will suit an experienced retailer able to multi-task a broad range of issues and projects.

Job Salary / Benefits:
