As an Assistant Manager your remit will be to provide full support to your Store Manager and be principally concerned with the day to day operation within the store. You will be focussed on the effective management of your team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform in their roles and to make your store a vibrant place to shop. This company offers a range of fashion clothing and accessories but it is not important that you have worked with this product before. We are looking for professional, team orientated managers with broad skills and lots of desire to progress.
