This role is chiefly responsible for the product strategy and development of the Boyswear division. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a profitable and commercial range in line with company handwriting and to develop new product in order to drive sales and category growth. The position will also require the successful applicant to maintain relationships with existing suppliers, source new ones where appropriate and manage the day to day department activity of a team of direct reports.

The successful applicant will have a background in Children’s clothing, preferably within Boyswear and have experience of dealing with a global supply base. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of trends and fashionability and be an excellent communicator.

Job Salary / Benefits:

£43 000 – 50 000 + Car + Benefits Package
