As a Supervisor you will have full responsibility for all day-to-day shop floor issues. Chiefly you will be expected to provide a lead to your team, demonstrating high standards of customer care, good sales skills and an eye for commercial visual merchandising.

Suitable candidates will have Retail Management experience in a customer-facing environment. With such a high degree of control within store an ability to merchandise apparel with a view to generating sales is also highly desirable. The company has a laid-back and relaxed culture and is best suited to individuals able to get the best from their team through empowerment and motivation
