Candidates interested in Deputy or Assistant Manger positions will already have some exposure to a Supervisory or Junior Management role within a service based retail operation. Ideally you will have an interest in the fashion sector and recognise the high standards of customer service needed to be successful. You will have a motivational management style and be passionate about the development and empowerment of your team. Candidates who wish to remain in an Assistant position are welcome to apply although individuals who wish to receive market leading training and progress into a Store Management are especially sought after.
