Following a Preferred Supplier review the HR Team at Peacocks were looking to form long term partnerships with a smaller number of Recruitment Service providers

The PSL review process required that a number of specific requirements were met.

We asked for evidence of in house training and development, a thorough and professional pre-screen process and that the consultancy operated with integrity and honesty in all its dealings with candidates and clients. We asked our suppliers to be prepared to offer a high level of commitment and to be interested in a long-term relationship. Most importantly, our partners needed to take the time to understand our brand values and appreciate our culture. We’re not a run of the mill retailer and we didn’t want a conveyor belt recruitment service.”
